High Dependency Care, two Carers attending

This usually covers any form of care for service users with chronic conditions and where specifically trained Carers are required. At Care and Wellbeing Services, we have the skills and are competent in the use of a wide range of equipment required for monitoring, performing vital observations and for daily interventions.
